FAQ’s

- EVERYTHING IS ON HAND if you stay in shreveport/bossier area.

- If you select pickup at checkout I will send you the pickup location with the contact information you enter at checkout.

- You have 2 weeks from your purchase date to pick up your order if not your order will be NONREFUNDABLE and returned back to stock.

- No Holds

- All orders are to be placed via Website unless you have cash . NO CASH APP

 

Shipping 

1. Shipping takes 1-5 business day. Usually it take 1-3business days at the most.

2. We use USPS for all shipping purpose. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something does occur , please contact USPS to file a claim.

3.Once you placed your order give at least 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Refund Policy

1.Before checking out be sure to read description box,check size,contact and address information.

2. No Returns or Refunds will be done unless the mistake was made on our end. 

3.You have 3 days from your purchase date to exchange your item.
